Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Soulmate Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit this site or enquire about joining the Studio.
Who we are
Soulmate Studio is operated by Harry Needham. For any privacy question or data request you can contact us at harry@harryneedham.com.
What we collect
- Browsing data gathered by our analytics and advertising tools (described below): the pages you visit, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referrer, and the actions you take on this page.
- Contact information you give us voluntarily when you message us on Instagram, email us, or complete onboarding to join the Studio - typically your name, email, social handles and anything you choose to share about your business.
- Payment information is handled directly by our payment provider when you join the Studio. We do not store full card details.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and to deliver the Studio service if you join.
- To understand how visitors use this page so we can improve it.
- To measure the performance of marketing we run on platforms such as Meta/Facebook and Instagram, and (where permitted) to show you relevant ads.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and tracking
We use the Meta Pixel to measure page views and ad performance. The Pixel sets cookies in your browser once you have accepted cookies via the banner on this site. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser or by emailing us.
We also store a small preference on your device recording your cookie choice, so we don't have to ask on every visit.
Who sees your data
- Meta Platforms, Inc. - when the Meta Pixel fires and when we run ads to this page.
- GitHub Pages - the hosting platform that serves this website.
- Our payment provider - when you join the Studio.
- Our email and messaging tools - when you contact us or receive communications from the Studio.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and member records for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service and meet our tax/accounting obligations, and then securely delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email harry@harryneedham.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
This site and the Studio are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy shows when it was last changed.
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of this website and, if you choose to join, your membership of Soulmate Studio ("the Studio"). By visiting this site, enquiring, or joining, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Soulmate Studio is operated by Harry Needham. The best way to reach us is harry@harryneedham.com.
The service
The Studio is a private digital business studio for established coaches, consultants and experts. The exact components you receive depend on the tier you join (Studio or Studio Pro) and are described on this page at the point you join.
Enrolment
Enrolment is at our discretion. We may decline to enrol an applicant we don't believe is a good fit, or ask more questions before accepting payment.
Fees & billing
- Membership fees are the amounts shown on this page at the time you enrol, consisting of a one-time onboarding fee plus a recurring monthly fee, payable in advance.
- The onboarding fee is charged on enrolment and gives you immediate access to the Studio.
- The first monthly fee is charged 30 days after your onboarding payment. The second monthly fee is charged 60 days after your onboarding payment. Together these three payments cover the 90-day Initial Term (the "Initial Term").
- After the Initial Term, membership continues month-to-month, with the monthly fee charged every 30 days on your billing date until you cancel.
- By enrolling you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge your nominated payment method on each billing date until your membership ends and all amounts due are paid.
- The Initial Term is a 90-day commitment. Enrolment is for the full Initial Term. The onboarding fee and both monthly fees that fall due during the Initial Term are not cancellable within that period, subject to your statutory rights (see "Your cooling-off / statutory rights" below).
- Failed payments. If a scheduled payment fails we may suspend access until the balance clears, and may recover reasonable collection costs as permitted by law.
- Fees are exclusive of any applicable VAT or similar tax, which will be added where required.
Cancellation (after the Initial Term)
Once the Initial 90-day Term has been completed - meaning the onboarding fee and both monthly fees within the Initial Term have been paid - membership moves to a month-to-month arrangement at the monthly rate shown on this page at the time of enrolment.
From that point you may cancel at any time by giving us notice in writing to harry@harryneedham.com, at least 7 days before your next billing date. Notice received less than 7 days before a billing date will take effect from the following billing date, and the next monthly fee will still be charged.
Cancellation stops future monthly charges. Access to the Studio continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are given for the unused portion of a billing period.
Your cooling-off / statutory rights (if you are a consumer)
If you qualify as a consumer under UK law, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment, and (where applicable) a further right to cancel within 14 days after the membership auto-renews.
Important: because membership gives immediate access to digital content and services, by enrolling and ticking the relevant box at checkout you expressly request that we begin providing the membership immediately, and you acknowledge that: (a) you lose your statutory right to cancel once the service is fully performed; and (b) if you cancel during a cooling-off period after access has begun, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the right to a service performed with reasonable care and skill.
Refunds
Outside of the statutory rights set out above, and because of the hands-on nature of the Studio and the commitment made to you at the start, we don't offer refunds on the onboarding fee or on any monthly fees once charged. If you believe we've made a billing error, email harry@harryneedham.com and we'll put it right.
What's included - and what isn't
We provide guidance, frameworks, feedback and tools. The results you achieve depend entirely on your own effort, skill, offer, audience and execution. Nothing in the Studio is a guarantee of any financial outcome. See the for more.
Intellectual property
All frameworks, templates, documents, videos, recordings and other materials inside the Studio remain our intellectual property. Members receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for their own business while their membership is active. You may not share, resell, republish, repackage or redistribute Studio materials, in whole or in part.
Member conduct
Members agree to treat each other and Harry respectfully, keep private discussions confidential, and not share member-only materials outside the Studio. We may remove any member who breaches these terms, without refund.
Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with the Studio is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 90 days before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated directly.
